How to join the Premium+ Map after Purchase

1. Make sure you enter your EOSID while purchasing. 
2. At an obelisk or other map transfer method press "Show Private Servers" on the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter the password "premium"
4. You can now join the Premium+ map!
5. WARNING! Do not try this without having the Premium+ rank purchased - your character will be lost!
